Class Description

Resistance Training and Toning (RT)

  • Total Body Conditioning
    All body sculpt and conditioning.

Cardiovascular/Weight Loss (CWL)

  • Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing
    Incorporates techniques from kickboxing, tae kwon do and karate.
    Includes running, jumping, and plyometric moves.
